Of course breathing is number one and when we are focused, we are more aware. The limiting beliefs will pop in and we accept them for what they are and work toward next steps. With that comes a clear vision and then we can work on the actions at 100%!

In whatever you are doing, be in it 100% - at home, with the kids, with your self-care, in your mindset, etc.

Question every thought that is trying to change your focus. Is the thought true? If it isn't, what is actually true that serves you?

Accept who you are and where you are in the moment. Being in the present and fully engaged is the greatest gift you can give yourself, your career, your family and your friends.
